In order to ensure the integrity of the anonymous peer-review for submission to Access, every effort should be made to prevent the identities of the authors and reviewers from being known to each other.
We ask that the proposal document that is uploaded be anonymized by the author before they are submitted by following the steps below:
The authors of the document have deleted any identifying names and affiliations from the text and replaced them with something generic like[Name]or [Institution].
With Microsoft Office documents and other text documents, author identification should also be removed from the properties for the file (see under File in Word), by clicking on the following, beginning with File on the main menu of the Microsoft application: File > Save As > Tools (or Options with a Mac) > Security > Remove personal information from file properties on save > Save.
What is Access?
Access is Canada’s premier library technology conference bringing librarians, technicians, developers, programmers, and managers together to discuss cutting-edge library technologies. Access is a single stream conference featuring in-depth analyses, panel discussions, lightning talks, hackfest, and plenty of time for networking and social events.
